Nail Ale is an Australian Pale Ale which is traditionally brewed with all natural ingredients. Nail is brewed with a full mash using both pale and crystal premium malts. A vigorous boil of Tasmanian Pride of Ringwood hops balances the handcrafted wort. Hallertau hops are late hopped for its famous aromas. Traditional top fermenting ale yeast adds its characteristic fruity flavours to produce this 4.7% true premium beer. Nail Ale is brewed with no shortcuts for discerning drinkers wanting a quality beer. Nail uses no chemicals, no adjuncts, no cane sugar, no preservatives and is not pasteurised.
